Melynda and Meghan bonded as they taught 4th grade together in Nashville and become wonderful friends!

Dolly and Meghan met through Shane's friend Ryan and clicked immediately! Only fun times have ensued since!

Joie and Meghan met the first time Meghan visited New Zealand in December 2019. Joie is married to Shane's brother, Tristan.

Alessandra and Meghan also met the first time Meghan visited New Zealand. Alessandra is Shane's niece and Meghan's rollercoaster buddy at Rainbow's End!

The brothers Tristan and Shane were born just over three years apart. Neither has a memory of life that doesn’t involve the other. They grew up together, played together, protected each other and got into a little bit of trouble together.

Theo and Shane first met when they were sat next to each other in Physics class, big mistake. They became great friends over their shared interests of music, guitar, comedy and making fun of their physics teachers mullet haircut.

Ryan and Shane became close friends in highs school. They bonded over a love of heavy music, house parties and Kentucky Friend Chicken. They have remained close ever since.

Marco is the son of Tristan and Joie, and the first nephew of Shane. He surprised Shane on the last New Zealand visit, when they went to Rainbow’s End by joining Shane on the thrill ride, Invader. It goes really fast!
